Vietnamese Crab Noodle Soup 蕃茄蟹肉湯檬粉



Hi guys, summer is almost end,  it's kinda sad to me! Make me think to cook some street food to cheer me up! So I made my first bun rieu ( vietnamese crab meat noodle soup) , it totally made my day!! INGREDIENTS

for the crab meat 做蟹肉酱


  • 200 g ground pork                                  猪肉绞馅 200g
  • 2 eggs                                                      鸡蛋 2个
  • Dried shrimp                                           干海米
  • 1 Fresh shallot                                         小洋葱1个
  • 5 Tbsp crab paste                                    蟹肉酱 半罐
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce                                     鱼露 2小勺
  • 1 Tbsp sugar                                            糖 1小勺
  • 1 Tbsp black pepper                                黑胡椒 1小勺
for the soup 做汤
  •  crab meet ( we made it before)             蟹肉酱(之前做好的)
  • 2-3 tomatoes                                          番茄 2-3个
  • 1 Fresh shallot finely chopped               小洋葱切碎
  • Onion finely chopped                             青葱切碎
  • Dried shrimp                                           干海米
  • 3 cups chicken broth                               鸡汤一罐
  • fried tofu                                                 油炸豆腐
  • pork blood                                               猪血


 INSTRUCTIONS

for the crab meat 做蟹肉酱

Mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combine, and you are done! 
Much easier then prepared huh?
混合所有的食材,打成肉酱,完成!!!!很简单吧?

for the soup 做汤

Fry the onion, shallot and dried shrimp until golden and smell good!
Then add everything else except (the crab meat ) and bring to a boil.
Finally add the crab meat to the soup on high heat cooking about 10 mins.

洋葱,葱,干海米下油锅炸香,加入所有的原料(除了蟹肉酱)。
煮沸后加入肉丸, 高火煮十分钟完成!
 
Assemble 组装

Add  noodles to a plate or bowl. Then add the soup to cover the noodles. Add some  herbs and vegetables. Before you eat, squeeze in some lime juice.

把米粉放到盘子里,加入做好的汤,放入适量的蔬菜和香料,挤上柠檬就可以吃了!
