Thai Cuisine Crab Paste Fried Rice


Hi today we're going to make this delicious thai style crab paste fried rice.
The different ingredients brings out different flavor, it's kinda fun to play with it when you are enjoy your food!
Try this recipe, I'm sure you will love it. And let me know which ingredients you like most to combine with the rice? Mine is the chili (:


INGREDIENTS
  •  cooked rice, about 2 and 1/2 cups
  • 400 g pork cut into pieces
  • 1-2 eggs
  • Dried shrimp
  • 3 Fresh shallots, finely chopped
  • Cucumber, cut into striped
  • Lime
  • Thai chilies, finely chopped
  •  1 mango, cut into slices
  • 3 Tbsp crab paste
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 100 g palm sugar, finely chopped


 INSTRUCTIONS

Candy pork:
 Fried shallots until they turn a little bit golden.
Add the pork, cook it about 10 mins on high heat.
Add palm sugar soy sauce, fish sauce, and stir over medium heat until thick and shiny. (about 20-25mins)
Crab fried rice:
Fried rice on low heat about 10 mins until the shiny and golden.
Add dried shrimp and crab paste until thoroughly mixed.


For the Egg slices:
make a 1 egg omelette, and cut into slices.


Assemble:
OK, here comes the fun part.
Use a small bowl to shaped the rice, put lime on top, then server it in the middle.
Add all the side around the rice, and you are done!

Squeeze the lime and enjoy every different flavor to combine with the rice!
